We are a nature based regenerative wellness sanctuary located between the Atlantic forest and the mystical mountains of São Thomê das Letras.

Our mission is to serve those who are silently suffering mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually and support them on their path back to wholeness. Whether navigating trauma, addiction, or inner disconnection, we offer the same sacred tools and embodied wisdom that have transformed our own lives.
Our vision is to provide space for deep transformation through ceremony, holistic guidance, and soul remembrance.
We encourage the spiritual journey of those who truly wish to grow and evolve.
When we remember that divinity is within, we can bring forward a better world and this starts individually.

From the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, comes a family that carries within it the love and wisdom of many generations. They bring with them ancestral knowledge, cultivated and passed down over time through learning, connection, care, and service to Mother Earth.

We are a family united by a purpose born from personal experience and a profound spiritual vision.
O Céu em Você (The Heaven Within You) grew out of the journey of its founder, Carla Martins da Silva, and the experiences that transformed her own life.
Born and raised in the mountains of Minas Gerais as one of nine siblings, Carla grew up with a close connection to nature and was introduced early on to the natural wisdom that was part of her family's life.
Yet, it was through her own journey—navigating challenges, hardships, healing processes, and experiences that awakened a new consciousness—that a vision began to emerge: to create a space where others could find a welcoming environment, knowledge, connection, and pathways to navigate their own transformative processes.
And this vision took root within the family itself.
Her siblings—who had also undergone their own transformations and recognized the benefits of various paths of care and awareness—chose to walk alongside her. Today, together with her son and her family, they form a team that helps bring life and form to this sacred space.
We are people who have walked the path, learned through our own experiences, and chosen to share what once helped us, too.
O Céu em Você is the result of this union: a spiritual vision transformed into a living space, built by family and open to everyone who feels the call to look within, reconnect with nature, and find new paths for their own journey.
Because we believe that the transformation we seek in the world begins within us.
And that the heaven we so often search for outside may, in fact, be waiting to be discovered within each person

São Thomé is known as one of the major energetic points on Earth. It sits atop 80 km of quartz crystal creating a very powerful energy. Elders say a tunnel, forbidden to visitors, connects this land all the way to Machu Picchu.
